Further Therapeutic Support:

Our services are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Our services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling and trauma informed intervention. 

 

Consent For Any Touch:

We strive to create a safe space for you to access our offerings. Our teachers will not offer any physical assists or adjustments without clear verbal consent. Please refrain from touching/hugging our teachers unless clear verbal consent has been provided. We respect your right to refuse any touch if this is your preference.

 

Consent For Photographs & Videos:

To maintain a safe healing space, our teachers will not take any photographs or videos without clear verbal consent. Please refrain from taking any photographs or videos during our offering, unless you have gained clear verbal consent prior from the teacher and all other attendees. We respect your right to refuse photographs and videos if this is your preference.

 

Refunds:

Our services are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise.

 

Cancellations:

All bookings and appointments made for any of our services are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise.

 

Fragrances:

We may use room sprays containing natural oils prior to our events, if you have an allergies/sensitivities please contact us via email.

 

Children:

In some cases we can allow children to join our services. In these cases, a parent or guardian must be present throughout.
