Yoga Classes

The word yoga translates to union- of body, mind and spirit. 

 

At Florrie, we believe that movement is medicine. We can shift mood and perspective by simply moving our bodies.

Savvy is an experienced yoga teacher and pulls from teachings in Vinyasa flow, Yin, Restorative and Yoga for trauma. 


All our classes are suitable for beginners, zero experience necessary.

Please come in the studio with minimal belongings, 
Shoes and belongings can be stored in space provided.

Timetable

Mum & Baby 

A calming class sequenced for mamas, to help ease back pain from carrying, feeding. Babies can be held, changed, fed, and entertained and I’m always on hand to help! 
 

Mum + Toddler 

This is a movement class designed for mums, littles are encouraged to join in, play or do their thing. Zero expectations or judgement toddlers allowed to be fully themselves and absorb the magic of watching their mamas do yoga. 

Tired Mums

This class is super chilled and dreamy. Extended relaxation, essential oil temple massage, guided meditation and restorative yoga poses.
